One of my specific areas of expertise concerns window and door installation accidents. During my employment I provided safety engineering assistance for establishments where glazing subject to human contact has been used. Received training in the safety measures required to protect members of the public from the hazards of impact with glazing materials.

Well versed in the federal consumer accident reports (NEISS), and research information regarding human interaction with architectural window and glazing. I have knowledge involving the identification and recognition of glass and glasslike materials (Gemological Institute of America, GIA, Gemologist), their properties; and the history of such materials, and equipment in building construction, and the codes and standards which apply to such installations.

Attended a recent seminar on fire-resistant ceramic glazing materials.
